Students-centered
1. Video was posted on my blog last night and the students were requested to watch it and focus on the details.
2. We sang the song together via Google Meet.
At first, these bunch of kids still "shy shy cat" to sing☺️☺️☺️
3. Picked the tenses shown. Discussed them.
4. Started a sentence to create a storyline. Each student continued until a short paragraph/story was finally created.
5. In between, I explained why the sentences are good or need to be corrected.
6. Writing time...of coz they have to write their reflections on the session....we go back to the blog again.
As for me...I feel good.

I am proud of myself to start responding to Madam Mas. I personally think that I must say something, respond something, talk a little bit eventhough a sentence of speaking. It could help me be more confident in the future including for the MUET test. But, I am still doesnt know where and went to use the past/present continuous tense and how can we detect it. Overall, I have made some improvement! Thanks Madam

Madam Mas has a very creative way to teach me and my classmates. The activity was very simple which is, I need to jot down all the verbs that I’d found in the Perfect lyric video by Ed Sheeran and discussed it with teacher and classmates whether the verb is correct or not and which type of tenses used in the lyrics. It is so much fun and the discussion ends very well. It is such a surprise cause in such a short time I could refresh my grammar knowledge which I’d forgot for a long time ago. I really hope by having class like this, I can achieve a good result in English subject which will increase my probability to enter overseas university. Thank you Madam and stay safe!
Through today lesson , It really help me to enhance my grammar like Mdam Mas teaching us when to use past tense and present tense.I hope that in the next class I will be more confident to speaking in the class so that I will speak English fluently at the end.

Something for my english
Today, Madam thought us how to work together in a group by making us write a short story using the snowball method. Each of us had to write a sentence and collaborate to create a short story.
In our lesson today, we used the rolling snowball method to create a story. I had the chance to recall and improve my grammar through this fun activity.
In that lesson , we learnt verb in perfect song by ed sheeran , we also create a short story and it was amazing . Madam also teach me where is my mistakes when we make the short story , i also feel more confident to speak english right now
Today we use Ed Sheeren song in our lesson.It was fun because I can learn about verb in present and past tense while read the lyrics.We also make short story using the rolling snow method.It make my day :)
Form the songs,I learn many verbs and learn how to use it in sentences.I actually really enjoyed how madam to teach me to improve my english skill for the Muet.I really thankful to madam because you make me more confident of myself
Today I had learnt many things from your lesson. Now, I already know how to make good sentences using correct tenses and verbs in writing. In addition, We also do some fun activities like singing Ed Sheeran's song and create a short story using the rolling snowball method together. Thank you madam for your effort in helping us improve our skills, I think we feel so confident now when speaking and writing even though we just belasah jer:)
for today lesson i really enjoying the activity. i feel close to my classsmate,seeing them very supportive while singing together. plus i can also had an idea how to make a sentence longer by listening my classmates' opinion. thank you madam mas.
today i was very happy during this session bcs i really like to sing.so it keep me away from getting boring.i hope madam can make more session like this hehehe
It was one of the most exciting and creative online classes that I have ever attended before because we did group singing today - Perfect by Ed Sheeran! Puan Mas, who always comes out with different ideas helps to make English lesson fun and relevant. What a brilliant idea to get students engaged with each other and make the whole atmosphere alive.
Actually, it was my last day in KMKK as I am transferring as I accepted the JPA scholarship, and I am happy how my short journey with KMKK ends for now. For 2 weeks here, I have learnt a lot, be it the vibes the teachers share during lessons, the experience being dazed by all the tech savvy IT skills with apps like MS teams, Google Meet, Telegram, get to know many helpful and outgoing friends from all kinds of background and different states in Malaysia, to name a few. Though the time spent together is relatively short, but I believe a strong bond has been formed among us, KAT2.
Farewell, teachers and friends, may we meet again some day at some point of our lives. I will definitely miss everyone here! Stay safe and healthy~
Madam is very creative person. I’m enjoying with this activities. The song can improve my english. I can lesson some verbs in the song.
happy tummy is happy me..as the same as today im having a great day while having a lesson with madam mas..before the class started i have read madam mas reflection about her other class session before us..I saw she sang together with her students during the lesson..I felt excited and hoped that she would do the same to us..and yesss she did that..i was so happy when our class also had the opportunity to sing along during the lesson..we sang Ed Sheeran’s song and it really makes my day!!everyone sang happily and i noticed that madam mas was smiling i really hope that she really enjoy her every moments when she teaches my class even i am a bit scared because sometimes I always had my inferiority complex..I hope I can manage to control my shyness and my inferior or shall i called it anxiety whenever I want to trip my tongue to speak..i have an outstanding and great lesson today and i really enjoyed to the fullest..madam mas used a student-centred method for teaching our class..but sadly..when the class was about to end suddenly Chew my new friend who i never ever met personally made a confession that today is her last day with us..hope that she will never forget us even we did not have a chance to meet face to face..Meanwhile,I hope madam mas will always find a good teaching method to teach us <3
I sincerely enjoyed the moment that we all sang together during the class. I didn't even feel that I was in a class as it is so fun. Never felt boring throughout the class. By the way, I still need some courage and confidence to speak fluently and use the correct grammar but I believe that I can make it one day.
Today we used Ed Sheeran's song as an alternative to free out our true colors and break down a wall of anxiety. It was great to finally spend our time together singing the well-known Perfect by Edd Sheeran. It was a mess.But hey nobody was born perfect. The entire class filled with laughter,amazing singging with our own unique voice and our amusing story about a lost toothbrush. For me this type of learning which we call it student-centered is the most affective way to gain our confidence to speak and hopefully manage to communicate well with others in english. Thanks to madam Mas for coming with this great idea.
But sadly,it was the last class with my new friend, Chew as she will take her own path toward her dream. Be stress out as it will push you further to become multitalented person. That works for me. But don't take it seriously. Just get some rest.
Today's English lesson was very unique and interesting because students were required to sing,at first glance it seems odd because usually, students only need to read and write during the lesson.so I sang along with my classmates and man,its bad and embarrassing.However, I eventually learned how to distinguish nouns and verbs effectively so I guess the end justify the means.
Beside that,I also learned how to make short story by using "snow ball"method.The story we made was very normal at first,but the plot twist suggested by Chew bring a smile to my face.
By the end of the lesson,I was shocked because Chew is leaving us for further study.Eventhough I didn't speak much to her,I still saddened by the fact that we can't study together.But hey,don't cry because it ended,smile because it happened.

today's lesson was very very good because madam mas told us to sing together and it was very different from the classes i went through before.i was very happy to see my classmates singing in earnest.madam mas also taught us how to make correct and interesting sentences for her students to improve our english skills.thankyouu madam mas for giving a creative lesson for us.
And also i want to congratulate my classmate,chew sze chin who got an offer to continue her studies in Japan.i feel very happy for you even though we have only known each other for a few days.goodluck in your studies !! <3<3
Yesterday's class was quite interesting because Madam Mas told us to sing together... I saw my classmate was very excited to sing together until the song ended... after that, we searched for verbs through the lyrics of the song and made interesting sentences... Lastly, at the end of class.. one of my classmate,chew told us today is her last day of this class because she received an offer to futher her studies in Japan, even though we met each other face to face before but i hope you don't forget me and goodluck for you future .... Bye chew..
for this class I'm very excited because of the song and it's wake me up from dozing,at the same time we also learned how to make our story became interesting
Love to see this kind of class. When we sang the song, i felt happy and it kinda relief my tension from other class where we need to give our focus. For me, i can relax and enjoy when i'm in Madam Mas class.
The class was fun and enjoyable because we tried to control ourselves so as not to feel embarrassed by singing together. The song you choose also provides a wonderful atmosphere in our class. At first, I wasn’t interested in it because I hated singing in front of people. I was afraid people would feel uncomfortable or annoy with me. But once I remembered your words “belasah je” I started to gain confidence in myself so I sang but slowly. The next activity was also interesting. We just continued to add any sentence we like to make a short paragraph. I hope there will be more fun in the next class with you Madam Mas🤩.
The class was full of cheer and excitement especially when we started singing together without shyness.So, it will be a great memory for me and my classmate when we get involve in madame class.I thought i am very lucky to be in your class.Thank you madame.
For this session,the class was full of cheer and very enjoyable for us especially when teacher ask us to watch a video and sing a song together . I felt happily and it kinda relief my tension ,sing a song together made me not a very sleepy at the afternoon class . At first,i really embarrassed by singing together because of my annoying voice after a few second i think that i just need to belasah je to make myself happily and enjoy the class . After that,we searched for a verbs through the lyrics of the song and made an interesting sentences from our idea and teacher also help us to correct our grammar. I really learn a new thing and I can improve myself about how to made a perfect sentences with no error. Thankyou madam mas for a creative lesson for me and my classmate.
For me, English class with Madam Mas was very exciting.The drowsy feeling I had felt in the previous class continued to disappear. I hope, by joining this class can be a big starting point in the process of mastering the English language.
for me madam's class is very interesting because I used to be a quiet person and not confident for speaking but since madam always praises me when I speak I feel like a new spirit for speaking..ty madam🤧🤧
The class was perfect as the title of the song we sang during the class.
First of all,the method that you used to deliver to student was another level for me.You know that it will be more fun and the student will get something as well.The consclusion is I enjoyed in your class as you enjoyed to teach us.
Madam Mas has her own way to entertain and teach her students,and im here for it!
so sad again I have missed such an enjoying class.
