Si cantik yang sentiasa mampu menceriakan keadaan sesiapa saja yang melihatnya....walau tiada haruman semerbak menebari laman,namun kembangnya kelopak nipis yang mekar membara pasti menggamit senyuman lebar si pengunjung.
Tidak perlu penjagaan rapi mahupun titipan manja saban waktu....mekarnya sentiasa menceriakan laman.Alhamdulillah....

Sekadar mengisi masa terluang dengan bait-bait patah yang lancar meluncur keluar dari minda....
tenang jiwa bila memerhatikan anak-anak ini lepas bebas seketika,riang dan rakus meragut rumput di laman...
sesekali menyelinap di celah-celah pasu dan rimbunan hijau nan setia menjadi santapan si mongel.....
indahnya hidup tanpa perlu runsing tentang komitmen dunia yang pelbagai rupa.....

Succulents

Snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata)

This succulent can take a beating. Stories abound about forgotten, dead-looking snake plants coming back to life upon watering. Long, pointed leaves grow with patterned markings reminiscent of a snake. You can leave this plant in a pot for many years, allowing the rhizomes to multiply into a thick clump.

Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Overwatering causes leaf and crown rot. It tolerates low light but performs best with medium or high light. It doesn't need fertilizer, but if you insist you can apply 10-10-10 once a year.

Snake plant tolerates neglect but thrives on attention. Prune out any damaged leaves so the overall plant looks better.

Little creatures

Assallamualaikum and a very good morning viewers....

Praying and hoping that everybody is having a greatly blessed day now and ahead.Today I would like to share with everybody these beautiful, little creatures .....swimming and swaying gracefully in our 5-feet aquarium. How time really flies....they started being the occupants of this aquarium more or less a year ago and now we are looking and appreciating Allah's masterpiece growing and expending in saiz magnificently....Subhanallah!

This spot has been one of the centers of attraction at Masnie Cottage. 

Alhamdulillah....may it continues to serve as it is or even more.

Heavy Rain & Strong Wind @ Laman Masnie

Hi everyone.....what are you seeing in this post?A messy and haywired condition of tumbled potted plants,right?Yes...this happened this evening around 4 pm at my neighborhood and being the resident at the corner lot with lots of potted plants,my small garden became the victim.

Around 4.35pm I received a call from my hubby telling about the  weather condition in Sungai Petani or to be precised...Bandar Seri Astana.

He uploaded a few photos which he snapped after the incident and I was like...gosh!what happened.....!!The journey back from college seemed so long and I couldn't wait to be home as soon as possible.Once reached home,the situation was not that bad as he had already cleaned and  rearranged the plants back to the normal place. Alhamdulillah....I am so grateful that nothing bad or serious happened.

Tumbang lagi....

Kejadian pada 19hb September 2016.

Bila dilihat kedua2 picture diatas....pasti ramai  yang menyangka ribut yang sangat kuat berlaku....tapi who knows...sb balik kerja jer dah jadi cam tu.....encik hubby la yang menggangkat dan menyusun semula sebab kebetulan kemarin dia sampai rumah dulu.

Ada yang advisekan suruh belahkan aja palm tree tu sb terlalu besar dan rimbun but I sweetly  declined because I like watching the leaves swaying during breezy days.

The beauty of bougainvillea

Nothing is more breathtaking than a bougainvillea tree in full bloom, 

lighting up my little Laman Masnie landscape with its spectacular

 colour and beautiful tree shape. The plant blooms off and on all 

year round, especially nice during hot season when less plants will 

bloom. The flowers are actually those tiny white blooms in the center-

 the flower bracts are the colourful part. Bougainvillea comes in many

 vivid flower colours - red, pink, purple, white, orange, gold and shades 

in between.

Mawar Merah

Hari ini 25hb June 2015 (8 Ramadan ) saya share sepohon mawar merah yang dihadiahkan oleh seorang sahabat yang juga boleh dianggap sebagai kakak. Alhamdulilah elok biaknya, semakin banyak kembang yang mekar dari hari ke hari. 

Dan pagi kelmarin.....keluar lagi sekuntum berwarna putih. Sayangnya susah pula nak dicapturekan ke dalam foto ni sebab terlindung sedikit. So pada hari ini semuanya ada 9 kembangan yang memekar.....semekar hati tuannya...Alhamdulilah.

Okay....dah nak masuk ke kelas untuk 2 jam lagi....selamat berpuasa untuk semua.

Money Plants In The Pots

Ini koleksi Money Plant saya.....sesungguhnya saya suka sangat spesis ini kerana jika kena dengan tempat dan kuantiti air,baja dan cahaya mataharinya....pokok2 ini akan tumbuh dengan hijau dan dedaunannya nampak amat segar. Banyak yang saya tanam semula atas permintaan rakan2 dan ramai yang dah membawa pulang hasil cucukan money plant ini. Alhamdulilah.Ianya bole aje ditanam di dalam pasu menggunakan tanah atau di dalam air dan digunakan sebagai pokok hiasan di dalam rumah.

 These are Japanese Roses.......beautiful, tiny flowers that bloom when they get enough sunlight and water. It is very easy to plant and grow these species of plants,  may they come with only one layer or many layers.....still they remain beautiful under the sun light.
