Admission (30/12/2013)

The above hospital tag pictured my love's admission to SP Pantai Hospital on the 30th December 2013. Ermmmm what a way to end the year........anyway, Happy New Year to my love and to everybody out there. Hoping that with the mishaps happened, we will be better persons in future - Insyaallah.
