At first, me and my group members did not know what project we would do.. but after a few days of discussion, we got an idea which is making wedding services. I feel excited to do this project because it will involve acting in promoting our service. As a project planner, I have given the best suggestions in terms of venue, script and decoration. I feel excited because we have almost completed this project before February 7 2024

From the first day, I did not see this assignment as anything more than just an assignment. I treated it like work that needs to be done. That might sound bad but really it's the only way I know of that can force myself to do it. However, I will admit that I had fun doing this project. Being able to be apart of a group project is always a blessing in my eyes. Wether the work is important or not, I like to believe that me and the others gain many benefits that we haven't seen yet. I'm sure one day we will be able to use them to the fullest effect.

I was very excited when I heard it because I can work with my friends in a team of 4 to complete the task given. Since our speaking and writing skill will be evaluated through this assignment, we basically don't have exam or any homework other than this one task that was given.
Sunday, 21/1/2023: This is Adi from E3T3, initiating my reflection from the very first day we (students of E3T3) assigned to do this task until today. To start with, I honestly feel a little burden because I'm not yet understand the rationality of this task. I mean, at least that's what I thought�� But then I started to think, like; aren't we gonna face these at the university? So isn't it exposing us to the next challenge we'll have to face?
And just like that, I started to enjoy this task with even more unexpected problems encountered: time management for video filming, team cooperation, lack of spirit, etc. Guess what? I already faced that in college, so it wouldn't be a surprise for me in university��!
Making the brochure was like going through a fun adventure! First, we dove deep into understanding our audience of the product, which is an electronic dice. Then, we had a big brainstorming party to come up with cool ideas. Choosing colours and fonts was like picking the best outfit. We tried and changed things a bunch of times until it looked just right.
Working with the team was like doing a dance. We had to make sure the words and pictures matched perfectly. We talked a lot and made the brochure better and better.
Making the brochure wasn’t all smooth sailing. We faced some challenges along the way. One big challenge was time pressure. We had tight deadlines, and at times, it felt like there weren’t enough hours in the day. Another hurdle was getting the right balance between words and pictures. Sometimes, we had too much text, and it felt overwhelming. Other times, we needed more information, and finding the right words was a big challenge.
When we finally saw the finished brochure, we were so happy and proud. It wasn’t just a paper- it was a special thing we made together.
I'm Danish Fahmi from E3T3, during the making of our brosure we have use all kinds of resources we could use such as Google and blogs. Therefore we manage to complete our brosure with the most accurate detail of what our service have to deliver. Madam Mas also help with the making of the script of our video and it makes our dialogue seems more natural with the correct grammar used. All in all, my group have been very cooperative and do the task they assigned to passionately.
In this project, we had brainstorm together for ideas and discuss to choose the best idea. We also discussed together about the project name and everyone's task and responsibilities. Besides, I had learn how to calculate the budget of the project and reduce the budget needed to make the electronic dice. I was confused by the materials needed in the project. My team members had help me and taught me the cost of each making. My teammates had give me motivation and support to continue our project. We support each other to carry out the work.

Hi there, Qi Sheng here, the CTO of Technolstalgia Games. Since this project was first announced by Madam Mas, I was panicking about which type of project to build. And yet, I came up with an idea about building tech product, and that is, our electronic dice. However, the thing I most concerned was the cost of the product. This is because prototyping, tweaking with electronics workarounds, will usually take up an expensive cost. Sometimes, a small mistake might result in our prototype malfunctioning, and this will definitely burn a hole in one's pocket. During the process of constructing the product, from sketching schematics, to mapping up the circuit, I was really enjoying it, until, the product built was malfunction. I tried to debug the process, and realised that it was just a silly mistake on the circuit mapping phase. Luckily I was attempeted to resolve the issue and now, the product is successfully built.
Hello, I'm Affandi from E3T3. In the first class of the second semester, Madam Mas assigned our team a task to promote a product. Initially, it seemed like a usual homework assignment, but as the first day of the project unfolded, I realized the sudden challenge ahead. With the collaborative effort of my insightful teammates, we created an innovative product called the Electrical Dice, a creation so brilliant it surpassed my own imagination. The subsequent challenges required technical, financial, and promotional aspects. In my view, this assignment served as more than just a task, it was a lesson to assess our creativity and our ability to effectively promote a product.
Assalamualaikum and hello madam. My name is Muhammad Fhakrul Razzie from B5T5. I want to share my journey making the brochure since the first day in semester two. First of all, I feel very encouraged to the the assignment with all friends. We created the group with four members of my classmates that is Fahren, Zhahir, and Harith. It’s not easier than we expected because this assignment should have a lot of cooperation to do it. Sometimes we all lost communication to discuss each other but as long we tried the best we can improve our chemistry to finish the assignment. Furthermore, I need to spend a lot of time to think and learn the product that we should create to present for madam. It’s difficult but it’s okay. I told to myself don’t give up . I should go on and do my best. It’s not about the results, it’s about the experience that my team and I gains through out the journey. After that , we seperate to our main role to make this project successful.I choose to be photographer and editor because i like to take a photo.I think about this project to make us more brave and get ready to go through when we at university soon.Althought , we have so many problem in the management time and less on idea about what we want to make this project successful and make our madam satisfied .Our journet quite fun because I got group that not to force or angry when we have a problem about this project. I remembered when we first got the task to create product/services , we were extremely excited and have a lot of ideas.At the end , we decided to do cat and spa hotel services as we are cat enthusiasts! The project went smoothly as we have a good teamwork and respect each other’s opinions.We decided to split into two teams , one team to do the brochure and the other to do scripts for video.We browsed the internet for inspiration and reference .After we have completed the brochure , we edited it after getting feedbacks from Madam Mas .It was a great experience.I look forward to record video with my teammates soon.

When we first heard of this project, my group members generated a lot of interesting ideas and we were actively discussing which one we should choose. We ended up choosing to do a laundry service. During these few weeks, I feel that the discussion part was the best part as I got to know everyone's opinion from different perspectives which were very impressive. I haven't thought of these ideas before. Once the main idea was confirmed, we started creating our brochure. Aini and I were in charge of the brochure. We spent time in the library to design our brochure together using canva. At the same time, Qis and Aqil were working on the script for video shooting later. It was a great experience working with them. I hope everything will run smoothly too.

I am going to share my self-reflection about the english project that happened in this semester. First thought of my mind about this project is gonna be some troublesome project that I kindly like to refuse to do but when I given my 2nd thoughts, this has to be done as I'm not experienced enough in working as a teamwork especially teaming up with girls. At first, I thought that working with girls surely difficult as they were always right but surprisingly they cooperated well with me and gave a lot of idea in our project. They were not what I expected them to be. This actually great and our team were awesome.
We divided our task by our specialty so it will not burden the others and do our task perfectly. My task actually a simple one that was scripting, It was very challenging to make scripts according to the scenarios that we had discussed but I enjoyed it. Recently, Madam Mas has assigned us with an interesting task which involves promoting a product or service.
Personally, I was quite excited about it. First things first, we had to form groups of four. I went with three of my classmates, Syamel, Idlan, and Darwish. Together, we brainstormed ideas on what to promote. At last, we settled with promoting a hairdressing service under the company named SharpSIDE. After an engaging open table session regarding designs, aesthetics, offers, and cool catchphrases, I could already tell that this is going to be a fun project to be apart of.
We did and discussed everything together, from the classy brochures to the sleek loyalty and business cards. I learned a lot from just trying to design a brochure. Insights on what colours to use, or what images fit the aesthetic best, it was all very fascinating. Who knew that there is actually so much going when designing a simple marketing material. Not only do we have to make sure the customers understand the information, the theme and design of the brochure could also make it or break it. This is due to the fact that the brochure needs to be appealing to the masses. We also tried our best to make the loyalty and business cards fit the aesthetic of our company. It was truly an educational experience.

When madam give us task to make a brochure for the English project, I was really excited! It was a perfect timing for me as i had learn on how to use canva earlier. I also love my team commitments on doing this together. Each of us has various ideas and we love to share our idea and come up with the best. It was such a beautiful moment for us to work as a team and doing work together. Many thing happen during the time of making the brochure that has strengthen our bond. We also learn many thing from it such as what is the requirement to make an attractive brochure and experience as a person who really make a brochure for their company. hi there , I am Nurul Anis from class M5T5. Honestly I kind of surprised when madam told us that we have a project for english class but then i became excited about it. So my groupmate and I have decided to provide a service which is called EZLIFE. As we all going through the same thing where we need to make a brochure promoting our service. At first we only want to make a fake website by using a canva but then we thought why not we make a real one and boom ! We created our own service website. Well of course it's not an easy journey but we put a lot of effort into it. We are also working on our script and video as there is so much ideas came out from everyone in the group. I’m going to share my journey completing the broshure of english project. My friends and I started creating the brochure by looking for template in canva. There is a lot of nice looking template but we chose the one with exclusive looks. We also got a bunch of new information we never know before. After showing the outcome of our brochure to madam, we proceed to print it. Our first try is at library cyber room and we failed. We decided to print our brochure at Printing Shop but turns out they only print with a large amount of brochure. Finding another shop really tiring as they are all closed on friday. At last I print the brochure at my local shop and its beyond my expectation also better than our first try. There it is, my journey on completing our brochure!
I'm Nur Farzana Izzati from M5T5. If you're asking about the journey while making this service happening, i would describe it very challenging. Lots of problem our group had been through. Why I said it was really challenging? Our group had decided to create an application that will give lots of benefits to the community. First, we need to learn about the coding to create this app. For me it was quite hard because I never learn anything about the coding. Luckily, my groupmates really supportive and helpful to make this miracle happen. Now, let me tell you about our service. We created an application that called EZlife. The application will make our life easier from the groceries shopping, food delivery and gift wrapping. Just stay at your home, open the app, and choose what service you need. Hello there! My name’s Boon and I’m from class M5T5. It has been a few weeks since Madam Mas has bestowed us with the project of designing and creating our very own product or services. From the search of teammates, to coming up with a service, to digging deep into the details on how to turn our ideas into sheer reality, a lot of wonderful things have occur. Well, first of all, I must say that my teammates were awesome at conducting their assigned responsibilities, they have shown me how professional a team can be, if everyone really put their heads down and work. A real good discussion where we brainstormed for ideas has led to the foundation of, what I think is, a wonderful service. My teammates and I had a fruitful discussion on the name and objectives of our product/services on that very occasion. We even came out with our own slogan! However, good things aside, I must admit the fact that it’s quite hard for all of us to sit down together and run this project smoothly, as we have a quite tight schedule and everyone has their own plans. But, the solution to that was, we constantly exchanged for ideas via a telegram group which we have created designated to the sole purpose of discussion regarding this project of ours. Furthermore, I wish that things can be sped up as the current progress is a little behind schedule, so, that the project can be handed in to be reviewed by fellow examiners just in time as it should be. All in all, I would say that our project is running great! And I would certainly take this opportunity to thank Madam Mas for giving us the opportunity to conduct this project and my colleagues who are willing to spend their precious time doing this project. Hey guys I'm back, It is Wan Ajmal here from class M5T5 and I will share my self- reflection about the english project on this second semester. At first, It is frustrating because I thought that there will gonna be no project for English subject in this semester. Then, I actually enjoyed it when we discussing and create some resources about our project. About our project, FAAA's Car wash we've done a lot like website, brochure, poster, script and our social media account. It gives me a useful experiences and a lot of new knowledge. Besides, I divided the tasks so well for each members and of course this will be a new experience for me for being a project leader.I'm also learned al lot about making a website which I never did it before and it is kind easier with some website that my group mate suggested to me. Hi….this is azri E3 speaking. On the second week in semester 2, madame mastura assigned us to do a brochure and a video on yhe grouo project….it was not i expected back in semester 1….i grouped with my 3 friend Faqih, luqman and aizat. We find it difficult to find a topic for our project…but we managed to find one….we picked a photographic studios. It was a easy topic to find information and explain the company in our video.
My name is Deevesh and I'm from E3T3. So far as a team we have good communication and divided our jobs without any issues. Even though, we have already divided the workload it is still a group work where we can rely on each other when we run into any troubles. For our brochure, we didn't have much of a problem, the brochure was mainly done by Lim and Choong while me, Sheng and Affandi assisted them in information gathering and design choices. Our project is an interesting one and if we managed to succeed, it would be a huge motivation for us to move forward since our project is related to electronics. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with my teammates because they aren't bored and are fun to do work with.

On December 31st, 2023, all of my classmates, including myself, were given a task for semester 2 by Madam Mastura, which sounded very interesting to me. The task required us to form a group of 4 to 5 members to create a brochure about product promotion or services. After several days of discussion with my intelligent group members, we decided to promote the Volta Uni-Plug. It was a great teamwork experience with my group because this task was not as easy as we initially thought. I really enjoyed doing this task as it can improve my writing skills and speaking fluency, which helps me feel less insecure when speaking with friends who prefer to communicate in English frequently.
SELF REFLECTION ON BI PROJECT:
On 21st January 2024, we had our first class in our second semester and we are glad that we are still under the guidance of Madam Mas. After a short briefing session with Madam Mas and all the classmates, Madam Mas dropped an interesting project for our class. "Product Promotion Video". As usual, everyone was so excited to test their abilities to the maximum level to create the most creative and interesting video.
Luckily, Madam Mas allows us to pick our own teammates, which gives us a huge advantage because we know who is best at what. So we have created a small group consisting of Sheng, Deevesh, Lim, Choong and me. I was so lucky to be among the brightest students in our class.
The first task for us is to think about a product either to take another's product or create our own. Everyone agrees to take the risk and build a product that hasn't existed yet. Now, we were targeting a product that is suitable for all ages and it is for entertainment and we all thought the same thing which is combining classical games with our modern new technologies. This really inspired us and we had created a company called "TechNostalgia.Games" . Next, we were still thinking about what product we should create and lastly we all agreed to make an electronic dice called "QuantumRoll".
The next step, we each choose a role in the company where I am the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) where I could take charge to lead the entire process, Sheng as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) where he plays a role to builds and analyses the entire product production, Deevesh the video editor and supervisor, Lim as Chief Financial Office (CFO) due to her intelligence on finance and Yumi as the graphic designer due to her creative mind that can turn everthing into more interesting. After everyone knows their role, everyone is getting ready to start the project.
The first day, Sheng was busy building the product and Lim was calculating the cost that it took to create the product and how much we could profit from it. I was preparing scripts by asking each person for their opinion so that everyone can speak their own thoughts about the product. Deevesh and Choong also were working together to create the brochure for our product so that it can capture the attention to buy our product. As the CEO i was seeing everyone's progress, there were various problems that we faced. For example, Sheng had trouble starting the product and Lim also had problems about the cost of the product due to there are many items that are not used but are still in the cost. To overcome the obstacles, we helped each other to fix each problem together. At last, the product was a success.
Lastly, the product promotion video where we must showcase our talent to cast the product by a video. Everyone was great and cooperative to act in the video and everyone showcased incredible performance on their own parts which really help to improve the video by a huge difference. After the editing of Lim and Deevesh, our video was very amazing and impactful.
After the end of our project, I have realised that the project wasn't just a normal task but there are also many benefits that I obtained and learned from it. I learned to take the responsibility as a leader and must be knowledgeable in various area so that we could be an expert. Other than that, with teamwork from everyone, any impossible obstacles can be overcome. And that is all from me, tq and goodbye.
Assalamualaikum, i'm Qurratu Aini from B5T5, and here is a little insight into my self reflection of this task. At the mention of a group assignment, i was rather hesitant at first, due to my tendencies of being a lone ranger in doing work. My faith in my group members was rather precarious, before we had started out on our group discussions. To my surprise, we were fortunate, as our discussion landed us with a brilliant head start for our project. Though, it was rather hazy and lacking in structure, it reinstated my trust in my fellow teammates. Inspiration and ideas kept on flooding-in amidst our enthusiasm, which proved to be a difficulty
when pushing for our priorities to be set straight.
The hustle and bustle, slowly came to a stop, as we started to focus on one vision for the assignment, a dobby easing the lives of campus students with various services to add on to. Truth to be told, during the early half of the workings, the work flow was anything but smooth, struggling to accommodate the schedule of everyone, and work being pushed back later than scheduled. However things took a turn for the better during the latter half, as we started to gain a mutual understanding of each other, and reduced the time frame in completing our set tasks. A video is to be recorded, and may amount to an extensive amount of time. Nevertheless, the lineup of scenes are reaching their finalisation, and i remain positive of the effectiveness of our teamwork. Overall, although i started off the task with hesitation and uncertainties, i have learnt to take on a mature perspective in my dealings
Assalamualaikum and hello everyone! I’m here to share my reflections after overcoming all the obstacles during our group assignments with my teammates. I am truly grateful because we managed to succeed! Day by day, week by week, we continued our tasks without ever considering surrendering. At times, I felt lost in the group, unsure of what to contribute to our videos. However, I believed in myself and found the courage to push through. Nothing is impossible when we work together.
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Madam Mas for always lending a hand in checking my grammar. I know I can be careless sometimes, and I am truly thankful to you, Madam. I also want to thank Fahren, Zhahir, and Harith for their support as teammates. As I always say, ‘one for all, all for one,’ and now we have successfully completed our assignment. It’s a significant achievement for me!
Perhaps I should provide a brief overview of our assignment, which focused on smartwatches. Why smartwatches? Because in our technology-driven era, communities are always seeking convenience, and smartwatches offer a solution to make daily routines more comfortable. We established a company called Space Company to attract more customers to our store.
Last but not least, I hope this assignment will pave the way for me to generate great ideas and create the best products in the future, as my team and I have struggled to achieve. That’s all from me. Thank you!
Assalamualaikum everyone , my name is Muhammad Zhahir bin fazial from B5T5 , today i want to share my experience during making a task given by my madam khalipah mastura. our english lecture give us one task that in the group.on that first class on semester 2 , my friend and i decided to create a produt wihich is famous among teanagers nowdays .Our group give alot of variety opinion and we decided to promote smartwatch . After that , we seperate to our main role to make this project successful.In this project i be be a ambassador .I think about this project can give experience and get ready to go through when we at university soon.Althought , we facing so many problem in the management time and less on idea about what we want to make this project successful and make our madam satisfied .Our journey quite fun because I got group that not to force or angry when we have a problem about this project. Today is March 24, 2024, and all of us have submitted our task. It has been a great journey with my group members, as we have faced numerous challenges due to our lack of experience in this field. One of the most challenging aspects of this task was editing the video. We had to ensure that we produced a high-quality video to attract people and engage them with our promotional content. Through this task, I have learned many things, especially in the English language. During this project, I improved my writing skills because each of us needed to craft a compelling script to explain our project during the video presentation. I conducted extensive research to ensure that I had a great script to present. Additionally, I have also improved my speaking fluency through regular practice with my group members during pre-video presentations. Previously, I used to mumble while speaking because I wasn't accustomed to using English regularly in my daily life. I am truly grateful that I have significantly enhanced my speaking fluency. Without this task, I might have remained the same as before.
