We often come across marketing techniques without even realising them... Ask yourselves does this sound familiar " Buy1 get 1 free" "20% more at the same price" "Buy 2 and get a free limited edition item" and last but not least the infamous "New Formula"!.It awes me when I go into a supermarket to get a pack of instant noodles and see the buy 5 free 1 deals, that was before I found out that the company have always sold instant noodles in a pack of 6 and the promotion was all a trick to make you feel you are gaining from a bargain. These marketing techniques despite their deceptive nature actually make profit for the company. It is the job of a marketing analyst to choose the best marketing strategies which would bring the company massive profits and make their product spend less time on shelves and straight into a shopping cart. With this particular assignment I find my friends and I coming up with silly promotional strategies to entice potential buyers to buy our products. One in particular was a promotional stategy of offering a limited edition "scented" version of our product which we immediately scratch off as we were selling fire starters.. Just imagine 'scented' campfire..... Actually its not a bad idea.. Hmmm I call dibs..XD
In short, I had plenty fun researching for these assignments. Thats all cheers!

It is quite challenging to do marketing. Yet, it is interesting. We will try our best to promote a product/service because this task able to help us in the future.
After i know them, there is another problem occured. Madam want the kmkph student better to stay in the same group. Unfortunately i have to change group with safuan. I am very thanks to him. At that time, my english assignment was officially start.Because of the group member were all my friend, we were doing well that brochure and complete it as well.This is a very interesting and unforgettable memory as well as experience for me.
This is a good experience for me to know about marketing.We do a lot of researches for this task and get more general knowlegde .This is knowlegde will be very helpful for us as a future entrepreneurs and businessmans.We also make a good group decision among group members and improve our communication skills as well.This is unforgettable memory
For me, there're both positive and negative reflection for our promoting strategies assessment~~
Firstly, for the positive views. For me, this is good for us because this train us to take part in planning or strategizing our own business. Until now, we just got full consultation from Madam Mas both in F2F way and from Madam's YouTube channel(khalipahmastura) for writting part of the assessments which is each group need to make brochure to promote our company's product. The theme that setted for our promoting project here is "Renewable Energy" then it can be say this theme giving us opportunity to make reasearch and gain more knowledge about the application of renewable energy in product making. We have to follow Madam's instruction to make the promotion of our company going well. This gives us longlife learning which teach us to plan for a company's product excellently if we want to make one in the future.
Now, a bit from my not-positive views... I am someone who not really good with own time management, then this kind of project kinda disturb my non-perfect time management hahaa... I hate when I cannot reach Madam's expectation in doing this project. Got scolded by Madam really not a good thing to experience when we were not able to give Madam any update of our company. Huhuu~ Then, I still try my best to provide my time smartly to settle up those all subject's works including this English Project. Besides, not everyone have creativity in making any promoting strategy. Even myself cannot contribute much creativity to this project. But still grateful because this project is a group assessment, then the other company members which are my friends to come with their own idea as well. Thank you, geng!

I have learned how to promote products. So, I became interested in starting a business. Well, whenever I want to start a business, at least I know how to promote it effectively so that my product will sells well in the market. Maybe when I go to university, there is any competition related to promoting product for sure I will participate in that competition because I have some basic knowledge
It is good to know about marketing strategies since in future maybe I will start my own business. So by applying the knowledge to promote products so it will be easier
Yup so based on what I saw and what can I say is this is verty useful for us it may help us a lot but still my weakness is to talk in front of authority i stutterrr wagh😅
Promotion is a strategy to obtain something more than your basic expectations. In a brochure, a good planning on how you design and wording it is extremely important in making an interesting and attractive brochure. It's important as it's a promotion to your product or services advertised in your brochure. After the brochure making, we still need to improvise on the brochure. Firstly the brochure looked boring and not attractive at all, but after working on it by giving some advices to my group the brochure became so good that my group was so proud of it! This brochure making assignment is definitely a good experience and I believe it would be very useful in the future.
To be honest at first our group were quite shocked when madam said that the promotional video must be at least 20 minutes. We thought that I was impossible because we did not have quite a lot of ideas to promote our product. We were also quite confusing because advertisements are short. Then we had to look for ideas on promoting strategies such as watching go shop. We are able to learn a lot of ways to get someone's attention. This helps a lot that I am already planning to be promoter for part time after Matriculation life. Advertising seems fun but it also quite challenging. But hopefully I study well so I don't be promoter in the future 😂😂
