Hi…this is Azri E3 speaking….on the 20 of march 2024….my group and i finished our group project…it was so satistied looking at find product that we struggled to complete.i felt so happy and proud of myself to lead a team. In this project…i able to show myself a leader and lead my team to achieve an objectives and trained myself to become a responsible person. During the project, we faced a lot of diffults such as choosing a topic and finishing a video and brochure before due date. We always refered to our english teacher, madame mastura and our fellow friend….they had help us during the journey. In this project , i learned that we need to help each other and being a leader is difficult job i think 😅. I hope that with this project, i can upgrade myself to become a mature adult and a future leader

During the week of the BI project, our group started discussing the BI project that we will implement later. We also agreed to make a service with a package according to the budget. At first we wanted to make an event decor service, but we found out that event decor is quite difficult because it requires a large budget. Next, we chose wedding decor service as our project. We continued to discuss the project in terms of budget and decorations. Next, we had problems in finding a place for us to carry out our project. However, we got an idea that we could using a special room as our recording place. In addition, we also refer our project on the internet because our service is quite a lot of work both locally and abroad. We also refer to the sister of one of us who also works as a wedding decorator. What I can conclude from the journey in completing our project is that I see seriousness in completing and perfecting the project in my group. I also see cooperation in dividing tasks to each group member. In addition, my group members are also very intelligent in providing interesting ideas .The thing that interests me is in terms of recording because I can see my friend's movements in acting.That's all from me.Thank you.

My group and I started to plan right after our lecturer give the task. We start to collect information about product that suitable for the project and we start editing our brochure. We face a lot of problem which is when we finished our brochure editing our group leader forgot to saved it and all the brochure disappear. I have learn a lot of thing while doing this group task which is we need to work together to complete the task smoothly.Most of the reference we take it from engineer youtube channel for example The Efficient Engineer,The Thinker Engineer and a lot more. Good morning. I'm Lim from E3T3. Our group had design a electronic dice which are portable. We had decided to do make a product related with games. Sheng came out with the idea of an electronic dice. We had start our planning during English Classes. We had divided tasks and discussed about the objectives and plannings about the dice. We share our progress in our telegram group to keep everyone updated. Throughout the process, we encountered challenges such as scheduling conflicts, different opinions and unexpected setbacks. However, we solved the problems by communicating and voting for the method that most agreed. In this project, I had learned the importance of effective teamwork, adaptability, and persistence in overcoming obstacles. We had referred to online websites and relevant product to learn how they function. We also asked mentor and other friends to help us out for the project. It is important to give support and acknowledging members' achievement and contributions to boost them up and have a better team spirit. They will feel appreciated and had backed up.

Hello bosom friend, today i want to write my personal reflection on our team task. First and foremost, our project time planning all is arranged regarding our plan from group discussion. From that our group suggested to divides difference task to individually. It's made the task is more simplest and benefits for our groups!
Secondly, no team that doesn't have any problem face in the project. For my personal reasons are first that is hard to made own script to represent the product and to fluences in English. And second one is to be confidence is usually is the easiest thing but when your infront of camera 🤳 im nervous, from that is motivated me to be more bravely.
Furthermore, my mother and my lecture is my references because she usually motivated me and given advice to go infront whatever miserable thing happening.

Firstly, creating the promotional brochure was both challenging and rewarding. Initially, our group started the planning process by brainstorming ideas and discussing potential themes for the brochure. We divided the tasks among ourselves based on our skills, which helped us streamline the planning process efficiently.
Secondly, during the discussions among group members, we encountered some disagreements regarding the layout and content placement. However, we resolved these issues through open communication and discussion, ensuring that everyone's ideas were considered and integrated into the final product. Throughout the completion process, we faced various challenges, such as time constraints and technical difficulties with design software and laptop. Despite these challenges, we still kept going and supported each other, which strengthened our teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Personally, I learned the importance of effective communication and collaboration in group projects.I also learned on how to effectively manages my time so that i don't procrastinate. I also gained valuable knowledge on graphic design and marketing strategies through researching and analyzing different promotional materials as references.
Our references included various promotional brochures from companies and organizations that sell similar products or products in the same field as ours, as well as online resources and tutorials for graphic design software.Some examples are Tesla's broucher and Visme's youtube channel.
Overall, creating the promotional brochure was an exciting and new experience that not only enhanced my understanding of marketing principles but also fostered my teamwork and communication skills. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and supportive group.

Aslm today im gonna tell about what i got from creating promotional brochure. Problem that i had face is that i need to record a video about myself and what my role in my group which i find it kinda embarrassing and cringe.In the end i able to face my nightmare and creat a good video. For the problem we as team face is that after teo weeks of making our task we come up with biggest obstacle which not any one of us dont know how to make the app which results us to change our task to photoshoot services. From that i learn that not everything we do can be perfect, we just need to practice it all the time to polish the skill. For me i had to redo my video many times to get a good video. My reference i got is from both my parent. When they are doing a lecture i rarely see them nervous which i find it weird at first before i relise that also must be preparing themselves by continue on practicing. I would like to highlight that we need to always practice if were doing something new so we will get used to it and maybe able to adapt with such situation where you need to change for goods. 24/3/2024 - Today, we were asked to chote on some comments about our journey so far; particularly in making the promotional brochures. For a start, on the day we were briefed about the promotional brochures, I actually did feel a bit excited; since I love art! On the way of planning and discussing about it with my group members (Shamsul, Karim, Danish, and Iqmal), we effortlessly thought about the same thing; Canva! Yes, the plan is we were going to make the brochure with the help of Canva; an application that provides lots of original design of various things such as posters, letters, resumes, and brochures. Note that it is editable! As the strategy was set, then comes the actions.
Our start of making the promotional brochure turned out very good since we found the desired design matched with the wedding ceremony theme. Then, I suddenly remembered about the question that asked us to include at least 800 words in the brochure?! "Now that's a poster instead of brochure!", said my mind. After a while confusing about how to put as least as 800 words in it, we decided to ask Madam for further explanation. The good news is, Madam said it didn't have to be EXACTLY least of 800 words, instead, just include all the necessary information as long as it makes the brochure doesn't looks empty.
Well, that's just one problem (which is theoritically not exactly a problem but nevermind). The next challenge we faced is, what colour do we have to pick to make our brochure looks ATTRACTIVE?! Yes, it is a problem. (Theoritically). It took some times but somehow we got the desired colour (by randomly pick the colour). So that's one more problem solved! We do have other minor problem as well such as choosing the font, the size of letters, the picture to be put in, etc. but it didn't too much time to be solved.
Along the way, I learned a lot of things, regretted a lot of things, grateful because of lots of things, and a lot of things. To be honest, I hate myself when I'm tired because then my expression and action will looked as if I don't want to do anything. Sometimes I stressed a few times because of it, but Madam always taught us this one particular thing; she always say "It's about how you manage your time". So I learned that being able to manage my time actually effects a lot of all other things in my life; emotions, mental health, physical, everything. Too bad I didn't realize it sooner, but lucky I at least realized it before I die.
Madam Mastura, our lecturer, reference, guider, is a very vital character that lead us along the journey from the very beginning from the first Semester in 2023 until today, and until the end of our assignment. I always feel bad, because I didn't show enough respect and hardwork to her, and this sentence won't change anything if I first don't change myself. But to make it short, I am very thankful and apologize for Madam Mas for all her deeds and all my faults.

Hi assalamualaikum everyone! I’m MUHAMMAD AIZAT HAKIMI from E3T3. Reflecting on our teamwork promoting photography services, it’s been exciting!We started to discuss about the product that suitable right after the lecture give the work and we started doing the brochure. We all worked together to show off the beauty of photos and offer great services to people. Along the way, we faced challenges like figuring out our brand. But by talking openly and meeting with lecturers, we overcame it.
We’ve all improved so much! From taking better photos to getting better at advertising, each of us brought something special to the team. Besides, we’ve also improve our speeking skills. Compared to the previous, we’ve improved in using english language.
The most important thing that I want to highlight here is we’re better in solving problems in group compared to solving it by yourself. Most of our problem have been solved by discussing with our group member to find the solution of it.
Assalamualaikum my name is Shamsul Mu'izz Mukhriz Bin Shamsul Bakri from E3T3.Here I want to tell about the flow of our brochure project,what problem that we faces and what have I learned along the way.I also wanted to talk about who and what are my references.
On 3st December 2023,we received our work from Madam Mastura and we divided group in our class.There were 4 to 5 students in one group so the total of group that my class get is 4.My group was 5 people group.Firstly, in our group we discussed about our main topic which is promoting business or product so that we can make a marvelous choice when picking our product or business.We had decided to choose Marriage Planner Business.After we got the topic that we divide work with our group.My task was to finishing the brochure.We finished the brochure on 3 week of January.After finishing the brochure we make an advertisement video in about 10 minutes long.This video took about 2 weeks to finish and some time to edit and make it look gorgeous.
While this project was run there are many problems or difficulty that we have faces,one of it is a good information about our business.There were not many information about our business because this business is not wide.Next the problem that we faces is placed to record the video,time and miscommunication.This resulting in our late editing and many more.
From this project,I have learnt that communication is important in doing a group work this is because with a good communication skill all the work and task in group can be done in a short time and beautifully without any mistake.Next I learnt that with a good planning there were a good achievement.If we plan the work carefully and neatly there will be no time to waste while doing this groupwork and there were more time to edit the brochure or video after that.
For reference we referred to google and we also ask some people about our business that we wanted to promote.
For conclusion,I want to highlight that communication is a important skill while doing groupwork so that the work can be done greatly.

In the early of January, I and my group, were tasked with develop a project for the English subject of Semester 2. We came up with an idea, which was an Electronic Dice, named as QuantumRoll branded under our company name, Technolstagia, which our goals is to promote traditional games to electronics.
When we first started with the planning process, we first brainstormed ideas and discussed the key features and benefits of the Electronic Dice. We wanted to highlight its unique design, easy-to-use interface, and the variety of functions it provided. We have also discussed the target audience for the product, which was primarily toddlers and kids who were looking for a fun and convenient way to play traditional board games, such as Snake and Ladders, any games that involve rolling the dice.
During the process of completion, we did face several difficulties. Firstly we struggled with deciding on the overall design and layout of the brochure. We wanted it to be visually appealing and engaging with our audiences, but also informative and easy to read. After numerous discussions and iterations, we were able to find a balance between aesthetics and content.
Throughout this project, I learned the importance of effective communication and collaboration within a group. We had to constantly communicate and exchange ideas to ensure that our product repeating a process of continual improvement on an ongoing basis, at the same time it make sure everyone was on the same page and working towards the same goal.
We referenced various sources to gather information and inspiration for the brochure. We looked at other promotional brochures for similar gaming devices, as well as the marketing materials for electronic gadgets, to understand the styling, design theme of this type of brochures. We also sought input from our friends, through surveys, to understand the public's preferences and expectations.
Other than the difficulties mentioned earlier, we encountered challenges in creating the informations related to the Electronic Dice without overwhelming the readers. We researched the Electronic Dice thoroughly and gathered information about its features, specifications and advantages. We also referred to design principles and guideline to ensure the layout, schematics, diagrams, typography used in the brochure were capable to conveyed the message effectively.
Overall, this project was a valuable experience in terms on teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking. The process of creating the promotional brochure for our Electronic Dice, QuantumRoll was not without its challenges, but through effective planning and communication, and finally produce a successful final product.

As a part of our group assignment, one of the task needed to complete was creating a brochure advertising our service. After a long meeting, we decided to focus our attention on the brochure. This was a risky step because there were other tasks needed to be completed as well. However, we believe doing this will guarantee a better result and give us enough time to complete before the submission date. Now, during the brochure creation, I realised I didn't know anything about photography. Due to this, Azri, our leader, assigned me as the designer of the brochure. The others had their own parts to play as well.
A few weeks passed and things were going smoothly, Faqih finished designing our logo, Azri finished constructing the types of plans or packages for our service, Aizat also finished wording everything and for me, I finished designing the brochure. There were a few internet connection problems but other than that, it was smooth sailing. To be safe, we consult with our English lecturer. She gave us some good advice on making the brochure feel more attractive. We implemented those advice and were satisfied with the product. Who would've known changing simple things like fonts or colours can bring so much life out of a brochure? I certainly didn't.
Looking back at the task, I realise how much easier it was doing things as a group. I was so used to working alone that working in a group became rare to me. After experiencing group work again, I must admit it was a nice change of pace. The lesser workload, the comfort of others and I also got to learn a few neat tricks as well. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
I'm Deevesh from E3T3. First, I would like to introduce my team name which is Technostalgia and we made an Electronic Dice which was named Quantum Roll. My team members are Sheng, Affandi, Lim, Choong and myself.
It all started when our project briefing was given in our class. After having an idea of our assignment, we first thought about the pros and cons of making a product and a service. We thought which would be more fun to do and which would give us a huge accomplishment feeling in the end. Finally, we decided to go with making a product, it might seem hard but what's an accomplishment without an obstacle. After that, we started brainstorming for a product, going through every resource we had and using the internet as our main resource. We finally found the product we wanted to do, we went through the process and made sure everyone understood what was going on because as a team everyone holds the responsibility for a failure or a success. Following this, we also decided to assign tasks to each of us. We made sure to ask everyone what they wanted to do because assigning someone with something they don't know or they don't like will suck the fun out of it. That was all for our initial planning.

Along the way, we did find ourselves facing multiple problems since our team consists of both boys and girls, it was hard to hold meetings because we were scared the girls might not understand the planning over text. So, we adapted to this problem by taking advantage of our free time in class times since sometimes there will be an empty period or a lecturer might be absent. Other than that, we did face some technical issues with our product during the build which was mainly handled by Sheng who is our CTO. Even though it's mainly his job, we still put our hands together to help him lessen the burden since we are a team and that's what team members are for. We never faced any problems with the team members' attitudes or responsibilities because everyone executed their tasks brilliantly and everyone was cooperative. This made things much easier and smoother for us to finish our project swiftly.
From this project, I have learned that as a team it is important for everyone to play their roles because that keeps a team solid and if they face any problems, they shouldn't be ashamed to ask for help from the team members. However, we should not rely too much on others since it's your task and you chose so without showing any effort no one is ready to help. I have also learned that working as a team is 99% better than going solo because as a team we are like one family and if we have any troubles we can just tell it out. Moreover, working as a team is so much fun because it's basically a bunch of people with different personalities binding together to create harmony which gives some spice to our project and we are also looking forward to working with each other again on other projects. Overall, I would say don't shut yourself from group work and try going solo because there are tons of fun you will be missing.
In the end, I personally feel having fun in doing something leads us to success and this is because when you aren't having fun or like doing something, you start to feel bored and exhausted but if you are having fun even a simple excuse is enough to keep you awake in doing that work without feeling any exhaustion or bored. So, I hope everyone will try to find the fun in the work they are doing, let it be a project, assignment or even school homework always look for a reason to make it fun such as doing it as a group where you get to make conversations and share ideas lightening the burden or you could even take short breaks in between while doing your work because slow and steady wins the race. On the other hand, I would also like to highlight the part where we shouldn't start our projects or assignments at the last minute before the deadline always set your own personal deadline because let's say you finished an essay within a day or two but then when you wake up next day you would feel that you could make it better so you start doing it again and this continues again and again till the deadline. This is because doing it last minute means doing it in a rush which will cause you a lot of problems and there's just too much pressure but doing it earlier gives you the time to recheck, to make it even better and to even consult with someone so it's important to prioritise the quality over anything else.

Our group give many opinion and we decided to promote smartwatch. After that, we seperate to our main role to make this project successful. choose to be photographer and editor because i like to take a photo.I think about this project to make us more brave and get ready to go through when we at university soon.Althought, we have so many problem in the management time and less on idea about what we want to make this project successful and make our madam satisfied .Our journet quite fun because I got group that not to force or angry when we have a problem about this project. I relieve that my teammates such a good common sense people.Last but not least, we try to improve our working on this project
Firstly , we gathered together to shoot the video . As photographer , i may have some problem with my device wich is my phone
not have a full storage to take many video og this project . This things can be happen because i was using my own phone not the camera like others.I think my sacrifice is delete some picture in my photo to get some storage to succes this project.After that , as editor too i was editing all the clips to show to my english teacher.For the first expression was good but madam ask me to add more effect and clips to look more interesting.
Lastly, we shoot many take to get a perfect video days by days .We try to improve our pronouns and accent to make our mark high as effort that we gave to madam.Editing is quite a though task for me .Sometimes, I regret take this role in my group.But for my english mark , i keep do it.Every english class , we be given a many advantage by madam to continue this project . Assalamuaalaikum and hi everyone, I’m Harith …… I would like to give some reflecting on our task on creating a project , I've been paired with the most good group mates I could ever dreamt on. Each of us gave our commitment and cooperation to make sure that the project is done before the due date.We have discussed and come out with the idea of Saturn smart watch as our main title.We do faced a lot of difficulties when it comes to completing the project along with the video. Some of it was we keep getting distracted with other work from other subjects which bother some of our plans especially UPS and other subject assignments .There were also some problems encountered when we were making our scripts for the video which we smartly solved with the help from Madam Mas. The video didn't meet the requirements for example we don’t put subtitles and some part the sound are very slow at first but with some more recording and editing the video is completed successfully. On top of this projects I've learned a couple of new skills such as editing and my speaking have also improved compared to when I first started the project. I've also learned to be more confident when talking in English cause it is what required to make sure our video looks as natural as possible.
From this project,I have learnt that communication is important in doing a group work this is because with a good communication skill all the work and task in group can be done in a short time and beautifully without any mistake it’s can help to settle the project more fast. First of all , my group members and I have discuss and plan to do a massage service for our task .We had start our planning during English Classes and we split up the task to all the members group.I get one of the hardest task in the group which need to be the camera man and the everyone say its easy because i will be behind the camera but until they find out .that i need to handle all the problems by my self like their don't want to recorded the video and surrounding sound that very loud .but after a tough month that we through the video and the editing has been done before the submission date.But end up, it was a pleasant experience that can be use in the future
The journey of English task has finally come to an end. For the past few months, me and my group members Aini, Qis and Aqil have worked out together to create our laundry service project. We have created a brochure and a video to advertise our service. Everyone did their job so well.
Firstly, I was in charge of the brochure, it was hard to find a suitable template design for our brochure. I've been browsing through Google pages to search for better ideas to design our poster. Luckily, Aini helped me a lot with generating information to be included in the brochure or else the brochure wouldn't have been done so successfully. Besides, we all sat together during English classes to think about the video scenes and scripts. Some of their creativity were actually very impressive and fascinating.
After finishing the scripts and scenes, we also started filming. In the first scene, I had some conversations with Aqil regarding the laundry problem he was facing. At first, I NG quite a lot of times due to the lack of experience. My teammates were patient with me, and we were joking around, so it didn't seem so serious. Everyone tried to have their best take during video filming. Moving on is the video editing, Qis was the one in charge of that. She is quite talented at video editing. The background music that she added is so funny but at the same time suitable for the scene. Our task was finished and passed up early before the deadline.
All in all, completing this English task wasn't an easy thing as it required a lot of brainstorm and creativity. Of course, we met difficulties during the journey, but fortunately everyone gathered together and thought about solutions. I feel thankful to be in the team with them.

Hi, everyone. My name is Cheah Yoong Chuin. Now, i will take about how my team and i finish our brochure and video. In beginning, we had discussed what service or product to become our topic. After a long time, we picked massage service as our idea and named the company------Alkantara Company.We used 3 weeks to do brochure. Every group members tried to make brochure more interesting and attractive. Of course, we are satisfied with the result because it was made of all group members' opinion and creativity. No anyone was ignored so we submitted our brochure in the deadline.
After that, we received Madam task to make a video to promote our service. We took a long time to discuss to make sure the good quality of video. Finally, we divided video into some parts like advertisement,function of service, benefit of it and so on. I think the hardest thing is i will not talk confidently in front of the camera when recording. However, i tried to encourage myself and finished which part of video what i should do. We also faced some problems and obstacles when doing projects. For example, rainy days and noise were making recording harder; we need to do assignment and lab test at the same time. But now we overcome those difficulties and finish the video.
Appreciate my group members and madam. Without them, i cannot do project myself. Also, i realised that working in team is more efficient than working alone. You will receive many opinion and support from group members. It makes the project easier and more fun. I also learn many things from them such as our leader, Luqman, he is good to edit video so i know some video editing skill from him.
In conclusion, you can learn something from others when working in teams. Everyone must cherish everytime u can work with friends. That is not only a good moment, but also it is a oppurtunity to learn knowledge that is not in book.

for giving me a lot of advices and encouragement about the team project which is producing a brochure of product and a video.Before that,hi my name is Aqil Imtiyaz bin Muhamad Fuzi from B5T5,My team produced a brochure about a massage service that was an idea from my friend,which is no need to use money to spent on the shopping website and the convenient shop but we just use our own products as the promotion of our brands to the public and our customers.Since our first class to receive the first task from madam,she want each group to show the creativity and have time management in doing a team project.So we manage the time well to make our brochure while the english class.i browsed the online website to explore more about massage service to include in the brochure so that it can help me to evaluate the idea in the text of brochure.Beside that,we have some problems while doing a brochure such as making a logo brands and our target groups.Our brand "Alkantara Massage Service"is an our service name which is my friend's nickname to name our brands.its definitely good for making our brands and not copyright from others brand.i think thats only about my reflection and hopefully our team project progression will help to improve our teams mistake.
Hi, it's me again. First of all I would like to introduce our services name, Meowtopia Cat Spa and Hotel. How did we get the idea to that service? Well, my teammates and I really love cats and we decided to do something that is related to cats. Before we decided to do the services, we have got the idea to do a pet market but it is quite hard to us to do it. So, we have our planned to do a Cat Spa and Hotel. We went to a Cat Spa and Hotel to recorded our video and continue with our plan.
The problems that I faces during the process of completion, we did not plan something properly. It cause the situation become chaotic. Other than that, we failed to manage time constraints. Because we thought that the video will finished quickly. But, we can faced it together and solved all the problems that happened genuinely.
What I had learned along the way doing the project, I learned that when we get an assignment, we need to quickly solve it so that there are no other problems later on. Besides that, a teamwork is important. If someone did not doing their job it will cause many problems to others.
Our references is through internet. So many example that we can followed and we add our ideas that maybe others Cat Spa and Hotel did not have. We also watched some videos on YouTube and TikTok to get more information about the services.
To sum up, this assignment project really blowed up. It wasn't a regular assignment but it must have a chemistry with teammates to complete the project superbly. I'm just hoping that madam mas will loved our project that we had done it in 2 months. Without her helped, we can't go through this together. I wanted to thanks to madam mas and my teammates, atiqah, alya and iffah because willing to cooperate to complete this project until the deadline.

hye everyone it's iffah here! today im going to share my self reflection on our group project.At first we were given our task by madam we chose our group members of 4.Then each person need to give one ideas on our bussines and only one from 4 ideas will be choosen,after some discussion we finally agreed that to choose cat hotel and spa services.We also create our company name and it is Meowtopia since we will be making a cat hotel and spa. We divided for 2 person to make a brochure meanwhile the others will proceed to other task but they also helped in making our brochure.We choose canva as our platform to edit our brochure since there is a lot of features and elements we can obtain from there.
If we talk about problems and difficulties of course we have it,impossible in any group task there are no problems.We have a lot of misunderstand and do some mistakes but we were proud that we could overcome it by seeking some help and advices from madam mas and we also look out some ideas and info about cats to put in our brochure.
I've learned that communication is a key in any teamwork then we need to talk and speak out our thought to overcome any conflict.Groups allow people with different viewpoints and knowledge levels to learn from each other. we also have fun by helping each other solved problems.
We always referred to madam Mas and sometimes we go for consultation such as checking our grammar on out brochure and so on.We also ask for some ideas from madam .Our second referrences is internet we look out at any blog or website that promoting cat hotel to continue on making our brochure.
Hi this is Firdaus from B5T5. I'm going to share my little journey on how me and my team were planning on our promoting brochure.
On the first meeting my team and I began our planning by brainstorming ideas for our ideas and set our objective. We also managed to divide our role during that meeting and I am as marketing director for this project.We have been keep up in every activities so that our team members are know our progress.
Throughout the process, we facing a various problems like conflicting creating our visions and time management issue. As a student all ouf us also got others work to finished. So we kind lack of time to work together in a time. However we passed through this obstacle by finish our project during our lunch time everyday without excuses.
One of the most valuable lessons I learned from this experience was the important of flexibility of time and finishing works in time. This is because I keep stressing on my works until I unable keep focus during classes or even during our meetings. This habits really distracting me on everything. But end up my teammates and my friends ready to help me.
I set Dato Alif Shukri as my reference because he's a successful founder and he able to manage his family successfuly.
Lastly, I am here to highlight something most important things i got on my journey in succeed this project is work as a team. Even though my team have different race, we still able to work together until the end. I hope i will meet good people again in the future

I would like to introduce my group name first that is FNC company that come out of nowhere from one of the group member. Well, its kind of cool to right?
I thought so.
We start our discussion to design the brochure by layout, content and what colour should we put. Ching suen and Aini contribute a lot in doing the brochure as they suggest colour that suited well with our project. I too give an ideas what to put in the layout, well it going well with our brochure..
Besides that, I also contributed in doing script for our promotion videos. It actually not hard because I already experienced about this. Well it running smoothly an alligned with our group discussion. Qis also help a lot in doing script as she also the director of the videos.. I was very impressed with how she work..
Well everything was running smoothly, and we finished our project by the end of the date.. From the group project I learned a lot of things like how to work with girls teammate. Besides that, we also do our without much pressure as it run like water.. I am very grateful to get my teammates that are not too serious and doing their work with fun..

Hye again ! It’s been a while since I did my last personal reflection.I’ve never thought I had to do it again ^^
At first,my group’s planning and discussion went really well as we had same opinions and ideas. We decided to choose Cat Spa and Hotel services. I remembered clearly that we were excited to do the promotional brochure as we love to design (and ofc we love cats). We decided to browse through the internet to find some inspiration. We used Pinterest app to find pictures related to our brochure. Madam Mas also brought promotional brochures of last semester’s students to give us some idea on how to do it. However,after we were told to include at least 800 words in the brochure,we were shocked and nervous thinking if we could ever do that. Luckily, Madam Mas said we don’t have to necessarily include 800 words,we just have to make sure it’s full of information and doesn’t look empty. Yayyy !
After completing our brochure,we edited it after getting feedbacks from Madam Mas.
From the writing task given, I’ve learned that it’s important to have knowledge on how to manage time well as we need to make sure we complete the task given before the due date even though we have many other subject’s homework and assignments. Not only that,teamwork is really important to complete a group task. We need to be understanding and respect each other’s opinion. When we faced some technical difficulties,we get to strengthened our problem-solving skills.
Personally,I learned a lot of things along completing the task given. I gained knowledge on graphic design by using Canva app. I also learned how to make a promotional brochure attractive and make people continue to read it. Not only that,by completing this task together with my group members,I learned the importance of communication in order to complete the task. Lastly,I learned not to waste time procrastinating and how to manage my time effectively.
We used various promotional brochures from companies that is similar to our services as our references.
Overall, the writing task was exciting and useful to me. I am grateful to all of my group members and Madam Mas for the guidance and excellent cooperation.

Hi, i am Qistina from B5T5.
Reflecting on our task on creating a promotional brochure, my group started off by choosing our main topic which is laundry service after we discussed it together on the day Madam Mas assign us the task. We choose our service after taking in consideration of everyone idea because my teammates give and outstanding ideas and we also come up with our company name. Before we start the brochure, we make a rough draft on the details of our services such as our target audience and price range so that it doesn't take much time to finished the brochure. We actually devide the task so two of us will do the brochure and the other two will make the video script and editing. It is actually more easier because the script will be more congruent and the flow of the video will be smooth. During the project, i learn that communication is important because we need to exchange our ideas and know our teammates opinion so that we can make the best on the project. This project teach us to carry our responsibility by doing the task given to us on time and not to procrastinate. My reference on this project is actually based on the local self service doby and we add our own ideas. In conclusion, the projest was exiting and memorable for me.

Within the parameters of formulating either a service or product to be of usage, and the liberty of creative freedom, my teammates and i put our heads and mind together thus resulting in the product child of an idea of a campus friendly dobby
Fast forward, brochures were the most reliable form of promotion on campus, thus placed an utmost importance on. Quite the dilly-dally came through, amidst the process of publishing the brochures further pointing fingers to the crime who my teammates and i were all guilty of, being procrastination and overplanning. The distribution of time allocated to the brochure was certainly uneven, ranging from a few minutes of discussion to unnecessary planning heeding with nothing much. Time is an essence to be used dutifully, which we had, rather clumsily.
Brimming ideas and excitement can cause a reversal effect in efficiency, bringing about a combination enabling overplanning. Segments of the brochure were over engineered at times whereas others seemed underdeveloped and somewhat lacking in information. Spikes of excitement from the start can cause a burnout towards the end, where a pattern of inconsistency could be seen
However, No discontent could be expressed towards the aesthetical value and designing of the brochure as the process was swift due to ease in finding a colour palette and systematic information being written beforehand.
We were also tasked with other forms of promotion, the next one further challenging our cooperation as a team. Throughout the production of the promotional video there were ups and downs worthy of discussion. The first half of the production was slow and sluggish causing a messy headstart. It proved to be difficult to set the tone of the video, struggling between the choices of a comedic lighthearted video or a trustworthy choice of a formal and promising promotion. We couldn't release a breath of relief yet, after overcoming that hurdle, our troubles had just begun. During the shootings of the video, availability of the cast pushed our schedules further behind consuming much more time than expected. Overlaps occurred where time allocated for video editing, were taken up for filming. The script was a slight boost for our progressively worsen schedules, as it displayed congruency and consistency due to being written by the same teammate. Evidently, our chemistry as teammates definitely got us through our busy schedules. Overall this project was an eye opening experience, outlining our flaws in soft skills that could need some further polishing
